Region Effects
ConveyorBelt makes it so a certain item can be automatically moved with a minecart with chest and a set of rails (see here) "conveyor.<# of item you want moved>"
DailyUpkeep causes the region to tick once per day (can also be used in Super Regions) "daily_upkeep"
DenyBlockBreak makes it so only members can break blocks in the region. "deny_block_break"
DenyBlockBuild makes it so only members can build blocks in the region "deny_block_build"
DenyExplosion makes it so explosions are denied within and immediately around the region. "deny_explosion"
DenyInteract makes it so only members can interact with objects in the region. "deny_interact"
DenyLiquid makes it so liquids cannot flow into the region. "denyliquid"
DenyUseDoor makes it so only members can open doors (can also be used in Super Regions). "deny_use_door"
DenyFire turns fire spread off (can also be used in Super Regions). "deny_fire"
DenyPVP turns PVP off within its radius (can also be used in Super Regions). "deny_pvp"
DenyMobSpawn denies mob from spawning within its radius (can also be used in Super Regions) "deny_mob_spawn"
DenyUseChest makes it so only members can use chests in the region "deny_use_chest"
DrainPower drains power from the targeted super region (sign above region chest with targeted super region). "drain_power.<# of power drained per upkeep>"
Evolve makes it so a region will evolve into another region after upkeeping x amount of times "evolve.<region to evolve into>.<# of times region has to upkeep before evolving>
Exclusive makes it so a region will deny other regions from being built in the same town (e.g. a shop with the effect "exclusive.shop" means you can only build one shop) "exclusive.<region>"
GainHealth gives health every 2 seconds to all members within its radius "gain_health.<health>"
GainStamina gives food every 2 seconds to all members within its radius "gain_stamina.<stamina>"
Graveyard makes it so members will respawn at the center of a region with graveyard. Only works within towns and only town members will respawn there. "graveyard"
Intruder makes it so any player entering a town where they are not a member will trigger an alert to all online members of said town. "intruder"
LandMine makes it so any non-member walking into a region with landmine will trigger it to explode. "landmine"
ManCannon makes it so any player walking into this region will be launched into the air. "man_cannon.<strength>"
Port makes it so players can port to this region using its region number (e.g. /to port 65) or will be able to /to home <town> if built inside of a town. "port"
PowerCapacitor makes it so a town's power capacity is increased by x amount. "power_capacitor.<amount of increased power cap>"
PowerGenerator makes it so x power is given to the town "power_generator.<amount of power given>" (Note that you can use a negative power drain value in the region's config to achieve the same effect. This is elaborated in depth on the Region Configs page.)
Raidport makes it so you are randomly teleported inside of the targeted town (sign above the chest with the targeted town on it). "raid_port"
RandomUpkeep makes it so the region has a % chance to upkeep every 2 seconds. "random_upkeep.<% chance>"
Rebuild makes it so a region can be rebuilt into another region via /to rebuild or /to create <new region>. "rebuild.<new region>"
Repair makes it so iron blocks in this region allow a player to repair tools via right click. "repair.<# of materials required to repair"
ScheduledUpkeep (can also be used in Super Regions) makes it so a region upkeeps every x seconds. "scheduled_upkeep.<# of seconds between upkeeps>"
ShootArrow makes it so all non-members that enter this region are shot at with arrows. "shoot_arrow.<damage>.<speed>.<accuracy>"
ShootMissile makes it so TNT is fired at the block targeted with the stick you get upon creating the region. "shoot_missile.<cooldown>"
Teleport makes it so this region will cause members to teleport to another region with the teleport effect. The targeted teleport region will require its region # to be placed on a sign above the region chest. "teleport"
Temporary makes it so a region will only last x seconds. "temporary.<seconds>"
Warehouse makes it so necessary "needs" and "input" will be distributed to all regions in a town. All chests in a warehouse region will be able to distribute items. For a warehouse to work, a a player must be a member of the warehouse and be an owner of the region. "warehouse"

Super Region-exclusive Effects
AntiCamp causes the town to damage anybody who camps players inside of it for 10 minutes. "anticamp.<damage per tick>.<duration in seconds>" anticamp.2.3
Control lets you use "/to addowner <your name>" in regions you don't own. "control"
Devolve makes it so if the region is reduced to 0 power, it will downgrade to it's last child instead of getting destroyed. "devolve.<super region to devolve to>.<true or false broadcast>" devolve.hamlet.true
Message sends a message letting you know when you have entered or exited a super region "message"
Permission gives a player or owner a permission node when they are in the super region. You can't give more than one permission this way "permission.<o: for owners><permission node>" permission.essentials.me or permission.o:essentials.me
PowerShield makes it so the super region loses power when it prevents an explosion. The amount of power lost is equal to the power lost per pvp kill (set in config.yml) "power_shield"
Ring creates a glowstone ring over the super region marking it's boundaries. The ring crumbles to gravel when the super region is destroyed. "ring"
