Player's Guide to Townships
The One Command: /to menu
Townships only has 1 command you really need to know: /to menu
/to menu combines most other commands including the blueprint shop, blueprint inventory, region inventory, and much more. In this manager you will be able to destroy regions regardless of where you are, as well as see their coordinates and whether or not they are working properly. You can also manage who is a member/owner of your region in this menu.

/to shopBefore you can build structures or towns, you'll need permissions. Most servers let you buy these permissions through /to shop. Here you'll be able to see info on all structure and town blueprints for sale. However, you will only be able to buy regions that you could build based on what towns you're in and/or own.
If you would like to see the whole list of regions that are possible to buy, type /to shop all. |
/to listOnce you have purchased the permissions to build some structures, they will show up in your /to list. From here you can create these structures, or view their info.
|
Here you can see a view of the structure info screen. Hover over any icon to see a quick overview of an item, or click on it to see a detailed view. You can always go back to the last screen by clicking on the redstone block in the upper right.
In order to create a structure, you must first place all of the required blocks within the allowed size. Then, stand in the center and press the create button, or type /to create <region>. If you are unable to create the region for any reason, then you will get a message telling you what you need to do. For example, it may tell you that you're missing blocks. In this case, be sure to recheck the region size and make sure every block is within the radius. It also may say that you cannot build more of a region because there may be a region cap (you may only be able to build two shops, for example).
Member Management
If you want to share a structure with other players, then here are the commands you'll need:
/to add <player>Lets you add any online player to a region. You can also add entire towns to structures by replacing the <player> with the <town> name. You can also add everyone to a region by doing /to add all.
|
/to remove <player>Removes any member of the region.
/to addowner <player>Sets a player as an owner. They don't have to be a member.
|
/to setowner <player>
Sets the player as the primary owner of the region. The new owner must be inside the region. The primary owner is the one that pays for upkeep and earns the payout of a region.
/to who, /to whatshere
These commands tell you basic info about any regions you are standing in. You can also right click while holding coal or charcoal to get this info. The Who command tells you about just the specific region your standing in. Whatshere will list all regions that affect where your standing.
/to whereis <regiontype>
This handy command will give you the co-ordinates of a region you own of that type.
Towns
If you plan on building a town, then you'll find there are some extra commands you should know.
/to listall |
/to who <town>, /to who <player> |
Simply lists all towns.
|
You can look up any town or player using these commands.
|
/to add <player> <town>, /to remove <player> <town>
All of the member management commands work for towns as well. Simply add the town name at the end. The town name is case sensitive.
/to ch <town>, /to ch
All towns have their own chat channels. To leave a channel, just type /to ch
/to listallperms, /to toggleperm <perm> <player> <town>
There are various permissions each member can have in town. Town owners automatically get access to all town perms. Town perms are mainly for giving players permission to build regions in your town, but there are other perms as well.
Town Warfare
If enabled on your server, towns can go to war against each other. Towns have power, which keeps their protections active. If that power reaches 0, then the town loses it's general protections. If 2 towns are at war with each other, then they will lose power any time one town member kills an enemy town member.
/to war <mytown> <enemytown> |
/to peace <mytown> <enemytown> |
Declares war between the towns. This command may cost money.
